  ★Due toEnvirnment Destruction, Confict, Gender problems, Business environment is getting wrong
  
The reality of "Democratic Governance" is a must to solve these problems

        ―Free and Fair election, Construct independent political party
  ☆Supporting State Organization 
        ―Draft of Decmocratic Constitution、Fair and Responsible Government
  ☆Supporting Civil Society
        ―Establishment of NGO/CBO、Politics of Civil Society/Education of Human Right, Independent Media

■The lack of Insufficient Japanese Assistance system to Enhance "Democratic Governance"
  ★Assistance area to enhance Democratic Governance is limited
  ★There is no Financial group or Fund system

     Maintain polical neutrality and independency as a Private Organization based on sponaneous civil society,

     Operate following programs: Research,Info-service、Development of HR, Enlightment
